In April 2020, the City of Tacoma was ordered to shelter-in-place to help "flatten the curve" of the pandemic. I started taking pictures of my cooking as a creative outlet to relieve the stress of the situation. I found I would eat better if I took the time to prepare a nice meal and photograph it. So began my journey in cooking and food photography. The pictures chronicle many meals over the last ten months. I have discovered a passion for cooking and styling my plates. It is now February 2021, and I have decided to turn this into my Passion Project. I hope you enjoy my photographs.
